This Windows .NET program is designed to try to predict the winner of a UK/US horse race by downloading it into the APPLICATION.This stand aloneWindows APP is ultra fast! THIS TRIAL VERSION WILL WORK FOR A WHOPPING 100 RACE PREDICTIONS OR 30 MEETINGS SELECTED US or UK RACES NO KEYING.The APP is much faster than any browser search and displays race data retrieved. The program then uses various weights and neural net to predict the possible winner of a race. It is really up to the user to decide if the horse predicted is worth a flutter at it's odds. There is no typing, just click on 2 or 3 buttons to try to get winner! The only thing the user may have to input is if he/she adjusts the default neural values. Theres only 4 of them which put precedence on form,odds,weight,days since last run which effect the predicted winner.
